Reciprocating Engine Overhaul

We maintain a full range of specialty tooling and equipment to perform overhauls of reciprocating engines ranging in size from 20KW to 50MW. Our trained staff takes pride in their work, and their expertise spans natural gas to diesel engine technology. All major foreign and domestic engines are serviced with expedited parts procurement and repair. Our 12,000 square foot machine shop facility is customized for large industrial engine machining and rebuilding, complete with two 40-foot overhead gantry cranes. We take pride in our meticulous record keeping for ease in tracking various engine components. In-house or on-site, Energy Dynamics sees a client's project through to the end, with service that is unsurpassed.

Operations and Maintenance

Energy Dynamics provides a complete range of services and staff for operation and maintenance (O & M) of reciprocating, steam or turbine/combined cycle cogeneration facilities. Our seasoned engineers and maintenance personnel can get the job done, even in the most demanding environments.

Planned Maintenance Programs

We specialize in design build and implementation of planned maintenance programs for various equipment installations. We combine our mechanical experience with full knowledge of control and governing systems to ensure minimum downtime for client facilities, which can only lead to maximum return on client equipment capital expenditures.

Failure Analysis

We will work closely with engineering firms and insurance companies to analyze engine and machinery failures, and provide clients professional cause and analysis reports for risk reviews and claims administration.
